Constantly varied functional movements, which deliver fitness that is broad, inclusive, general, and scalable for participants at any level. Functional movements are fundamental to all things kids need to do when they play and compete in sports – pull, push, run, throw, climb, lift, and jump. Classes are customized for the specific neurological, cognitive, and motor development needs of our participants. No two classes are the same so kids and teens never get bored and the novelty of each session keeps them engaged and challenged.
The most common reason kids abandon sports is because they have not had a positive experience with physical activity. By breaking down movements and encouraging them to compete against themselves rather than others, they are able to achieve the gratification that might otherwise be missed in a sport. As for the already “gifted athletes” they are able to get a leg up on their competition (in sports) because they are learning to maximize their potential.

Our teens program is for ages 11 and up who are ready an intermediate class. Although emphasis remains on technique and safety, teens who attend this class are ready to bring some intensity to their workouts. Classes are one hour and can incorporate some barbell work for teens who are interested in strength training.
